Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. The only costs you will bear are the return shipping fees, which are approximately €6.95 per package (in the Netherlands). Please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right to cancel, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund. Handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for the return.

Steps to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@calmness.life to register your return.

2. Log in to your account at calmness.life, click on your order, and select the “Request Return” button.

3. Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be sent to: Nijenburg 73, 1081 GE Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

4. The cost of return shipping (€6.95 within the Netherlands) is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, we’ll refund the product price minus the return shipping fee within 5 working days.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, we’ll process it within 14 days to your original payment method. If more than 15 days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@calmness.life.
